I’ve been away from the blog for a few days so here’s a quick post just to let you know that I’m still here. I’m not at work this morning as I had a 13 hour day at work yesterday and so I’m here in front of the PC catching up with the world. I’ve got a few things to post but to start off I thought I’d show you how I started my day:
Until a week ago I’d never poached an egg as it all seems a bit too much hassle, but then I came across this article on B3TA. It goes through various techniques of poaching an egg but last one (involving clingfilm) is the winner and my own personal preference.
