There’s a bit hype going on about ‘Snakes on a Plane‘, most of all being the plot summary of the title, no guessing really what it’s going to be about. Apparently it went through quite a few studios and finally got Samuel L Jackson onboard, who said he’d leave if they changed the title [which the studios wanted to do].
It’s got quite a following which will mean that it should make quite a bit of money due to loyalty shown by these fans who know what they want. a simple popcorn movie. This following was such that the studio had 5 days of reshoots after checking out feedback posted on forums. This also changed the movie from a 12A into a 15 rating coz everyone likes to hear Samuel L Jackson swearing.
