I emailed work to say I wasn?t going to be in for the morning?. and now it?s afternoon and I?m still at home. I could go in now but I really don?t feel like it. I did do some work this morning but that tapered off once I started watching the educational programmes on Channel4 [I got a few tips on starting up my own business... woo hoo... something to put to the back of my mind now] and now I?m deciding what time I will actually go to work. I think around 3ish will be cool.
I know why I?m ill too. Basically it happens whenever I?ve been busy and then stop. I have been working solidly for the past 2 weeks and haven?t had time to get ill or feel tired, but Uni has calmed down and now I?ve got a bit more time to myself I get some kind of bug. Usually I?ll get a throat infection too, but that hasn?t arrived yet.
Anyway.. back to doing bugger all and then going back to work.
Hope you feel better soon. I wonder if you could tell me how you post videos to your blog. Thanks

Either pick a video already there or upload your own and there is a section of code for each video which you copy and paste into your post [in html mode] which embeds the video. really easy.
