That would be Ramsgate which apart from the Rams also has a royal harbour, best marina in the UK, Pugin-designed house of vital architectural significance, grammar school that educated a Prime Minister, lived in by Van Gogh, visited on holiday by Jane Austen, Karl Marx and Queen Victoria . . . need I go on? Yes, Broadstairs in nice but it doesn’t have the best football team in Kent (or a football team at all).

No real reason apart from some of my family used to holiday there back in 'olden times' and always spoke highly of it.
