I went to the gym this evening. Very nice. I especially enjoyed the steam room. What’s that you say? I’m meant to be working out? whoops. ( I did cycle about 4 kms, run 1km, cross train 1km… so not all bad. Just really a chance to try out all the equipment.)

Saunas are much better than steam rooms… Get it above 100C and then you know you’re cookin’!
