Google Reader

Google Reader
For a while I?ve been using Feedreader to manage my RSS feeds (post here), but as the number of feeds I?m subscribed to increased, my satisfaction with FeedReader decreased due to the poor updating of feeds and also that the feeds are only updated to the programme installed on my home computer. I decided to switch, and as a user of I decided to start using and I have to say I?m very happy with it.

The main benefit is that my feeds are stored online and so I can login to on any computer and see what?s been happening on my favourite sites. Sweet. Give it a go.

I?ve been using mine for a couple of weeks now ? and as I have iGoogle as my home page with the Reader, GMail, News, Weather and eBay all at a glance it makes a perfect mini-portal. Mind you I do like to go back to the blogs and check comments, so it?s not perfect for that, but it does give you a heads-up if there?s a bit of lively blog action in the neighbourhood.
