I went to the last game of the season yesterday, Ramsgate?s last in the Ryman Premier Division, which saw the team lose 3-0 against Ashford (Middlesex). We were down already and will be playing in Ryman Division 1 South.
It?s been a poor season and changes need to be made. I have hope for next season though if the season is fully reviewed and it?s accepted that the management made mistakes.
The good news is that Margate FC will be joining us in Division 1 next season too. For those that don?t know they are our local rivals with the towns only a few miles apart, so there is some satisfaction in this and it also guarantees that we?ll still get a good derby attendance again next season.
