I?m aching a little today, but it?s a good ache as it means that I?ve been doing some exercise. I went to Rugby training on Wednesday for 2 hours and then yesterday I played 5-aside football for an hour, and it feels good.
I haven?t had the time to do training etc lately and my only exercise has been Sunday-League football, and my lower fitness levels showed last Sunday when I played probably the worst I ever have (yes! there are plenty of other times to choose from!). It was partly down to fitness, partly to playing out of position, and partly with playing against a quick young ?un. Anyway, I?ll put that behind me now.
It?ll be the weekend soon, although I do have to come into work tomorrow, but only for a few hours, and I?m looking forward to whatever the weekend brings.
