The news is usually very depressing and there are very few stories that bring a smile to my face as most are of war, death, famine, etc. but there are some stories that capture the public?s sense of humour, and give a welcome relief against the more serious news.
Over a year ago, a story came out about a Sudanse man being forced to marry a goat whom he?d had ?relations? with. This story has resurfaced many times and has stayed in the BBC?s ?most read? section for many weeks, obviously striking a chord.
Well the shock news from yesterday was that the goat had died. The BBC article recaps on the whole issue with more news on the ?celebrity wedding? of last year, so I suggest you go along and read it.
I am disappointed that you weren?t able to find a Creative Commons photo of the husband and wife.
I remember reading that story. I love goats, okay maybe not LOVE them (you know what I mean)and am trying to convince Peter we need to have one once we move to the acreage. He seems only intent on letting me have chickens.
J- Sorry but I don?t think beastiality will go down too well with my other visitors!!!
Ginny ? I used to live next door to a family with a goat? one day it got into our yard and ate our washing!
Apparently, there was a kid but it wasn?t his?
I think he?d also had an affair with the nanny. boom boom.
I suspect foul play.
Or should it be ?fowl? play?
Does he own any chickens? *G*
