I have just had, possibly, one of the tastiest steaks ever. I bought an organic steak from Tesco and griddled it at home with a little salt, pepper, and olive oil, and served it with a nice rocket and red chard salad and a griddled sweet pointed pepper. Delicious.
The steak was nice and rare but cooked just enough to not be bloody, and as I mentioned, it was amazingly tasty. It may just be that I?m a fantastic cook, but it?s probably something to do with the meat being organic. I guess you get what you pay for.

Man, I only had some measly chips today. Sandwich yesterday, I think. Jealous. Making big plans for the weekend now.
